Lead to Succeed
A sought after advisor and leading authority on entrepreneurial, engaging, ethical and effective leadership, Prof Roebuck possesses a vast experience and innumerable insights with which he can intimately taylor his presentation to any audience for a simple route to rapidly make them a member of the elite group of truly effective, inspiring and respected leaders in their organisation, today and in the future. This is achieved via his new approach to leadership–Mach 2–that has been described by a leading Professor of Psychology as a “breakthrough” in thinking and which Harvard Business Review have interviewed him about in Beijing.
His unique approach inspires leaders from around the world with its simplicity and effectiveness. He uses the leaders’ own experiences, combined with his approach, to show how “world-class” performance is possible, and how this can deliver improvement in not only performance, but also in customer service, managing risk, innovation, managing change, cost efficiency, and the handling of other critical challenges.
Chris presents his secrets for success to audiences small and large, including to groups of 1,000+ people, from CERN, NASA, science and business, and at global “thought leaders’” forums.
“I CARE” Leadership Masterclass: An unique route to success
“I CARE” is a proven practical approach which enables individuals, teams and organizations to reach their full potential through simple, practical day to day action which cover all key organizational challenges from performance to customer focus, risk to cost efficiency, change to innovation. It benefits individuals, teams, organizations and even communities. It enables leaders to be more effective, engaging and entrepreneurial. It works with organizations large and small, in any location and in any sector both public and commercial.
When working with individual teams or organizations before the event, Chris discusses with clients their key objectives and then tailors his content to ensure that it enables the audience to deliver action on the ground quickly, simply and effectively.
Post Event Video Follow Up
After speaking I will record a short "reminder" video that can go out a few weeks after the event to remind attendees of the actions they agreed to take at the end of my session as to what they would do with the actionable ideas given in the session. The video will reconfirm the event's key messages. This even works with audiences of multiple organisations where each individual will decide on their own best action. When working with corporates this reminder video has been proven to increase the positive impact of my speaking even further.
Here is an example of a reminder video that was professionally recorded post a 1/2 day Masterclass, but equally applies to keynotes.: CLICK TO VIEW. It covers critical messages and future actions. Have a look as this shows how powerful these post event videos are.
