EXCLUSIVE
  • Leading Voice on Media Ethics, Public Narratives, and Reputation
  • Exoneree and Advocate for Criminal Justice Reform
  • New York Times Bestselling Author of 'Waiting to Be Heard' and 'Free'
  • Chart-topping Podcast Host and TV Producer

Exoneree, journalist, and New York Times bestselling author Amanda Knox spent four years in an Italian prison and eight years on trial for a murder she didn’t commit. The scandal made headlines for nearly a decade, as Amanda – dubbed “Foxy Knoxy” – was exploited by the media and judged by the masses on a global scale. Though she was exonerated by Italy’s highest court, she was sentenced to life by the court of public opinion, forever branded as a killer despite her innocence. Since her exoneration, Amanda has fought to reclaim her identity and to find meaning in those stolen years and unjust incarceration, all while advocating for a more just legal system and a more ethical media.

Thoughtful, passionate, and revelatory, and how to build seemingly impossible bridges, even towards the people who have harmed her. She is the author of the New York Times bestselling memoir Waiting to Be Heard and Free: My Search for Meaning as well as host of the podcast Hard Knox with Amanda Knox, featuring conversations with writers, thinkers, and creators exploring the ideas and experiences that help us grow more grounded, thoughtful, and free. Knox was an executive producer on Hulu's The Twisted Tale of Amanda Knox, a mini-series based on her life and Hulu's Mouth of the Wolf, documenting her return to Italy to extend an olive branch to the man who sent her to prison. Amanda sits on the board of The Innocence Center, is the recipient of the Innocence Network Impact Award, and is an advocate for criminal justice reform and media ethics.
