Aliza Licht is the Founder and President of LEAVE YOUR MARK, a multimedia brand that focuses on professional and personal brand marketing and development. With the backing of over two decades in brand marketing, communications, and digital strategy in the fashion industry, Licht uses her expertise as an author, podcaster, speaker, and members-only community career coach to mentor people on how to shape and amplify their personal brands to drive success. She selectively consults with brand clients as well. 

Her first book, Leave Your Mark: Land Your Dream Job. Kill It in Your Career. Rock Social Media was published in 2015 by Grand Central Publishing and ranked in the Book Authority's "100 Best Career Development Books of All Time" every year. It was translated into multiple languages and is required reading for many communications majors in U.S. universities across the country. Her upcoming book on personal branding will be published in Spring 2023 by Union Square & Co., a division of Barnes & Noble.
