  • Podcast Host, "The Squeeze"
  • Registered Nurse and Mental Health Advocate
  • Founder, Lemons Foundation
  • Digital Content Creator

In a culture that talks endlessly about wellness, Tay Lautner focuses on what people can do that makes a difference. A registered nurse and mental health advocate, Lautner has become a trusted voice for people looking for more than surface-level advice. As co-host of The Squeeze with her husband Taylor Lautner, she leads conversations that feel direct and unfiltered, revealing what real support looks like when life is messy. She also founded the Lemons Foundation to make mental health resources easier to access.

Her work is shaped by clinical training and by seeing how stress and isolation pull people away from who they want to be. She shows audiences how caring for their mental health strengthens everything else: work, relationships, energy, purpose. In 2025 she received Maybelline and NAMI’s Be Brave Award for her leadership in mental health advocacy.

Onstage, Lautner talks about what works when habits have collapsed and familiar strategies do not help. She shows audiences how to stay grounded under pressure, support others without losing themselves, and build routines that hold up.

In February 2023, she launched The Squeeze podcast to further conversations surrounding mental wellness alongside her husband and co-host Taylor Lautner, as well as celebrity and expert guests. Tay founded the Lemons Foundation in 2022 to make people aware of their mental health by eliminating the stigma that surrounds it. Alongside her husband, the two are on a mission to make mental health resources, services and support more accessible, and to be a light for those who are struggling.

Tay simultaneously launched her own website “Lemons By Tay” as an embodiment of her passion for mental health, wellness and self-care journey, where she owns and writes her blog outlining advice, self-care products and tips, as well as professional support resources.
