Jennifer Welch is the co-creator and co-host of the hit podcast I’ve Had It, where her wit, candor, and Midwestern perspective have helped drive one of the fastest-growing shows in the society-and-culture space. The podcast now reaches over 3 million listeners a month, and its YouTube channel generates 150 million+ monthly views. As the show has surged, Welch’s own profile has risen sharply: her Instagram following has nearly tripled in the last year, and online conversation about her has expanded dramatically, with mentions up 2,169% and impressions up 1,968% year-over-year.

Since launching the show in 2022 with Angie “Pumps” Sullivan, Welch has helped build a franchise that consistently ranks among Apple’s top Society & Culture podcasts and was nominated for Best Pop Culture Show at the 2024 iHeartPodcast Awards.
