In addition to his fine dining restaurants, there are 11 outposts of his Fast Casual concept, Bobby’s Burger Palace across the United States.
He is the author of 15 best-selling cookbooks. The most recent release is called Bobby At Home, which came out in September of 2019. He has additionally starred in countless Food Network programs, including Beat Bobby Flay, The Flay List, and Iron Chef America.
Among his many distinctions are the 1993 James Beard Award for Rising Star Chef of the Year, his induction into the James Beard Foundation’s Who’s Who of Food and Beverage in America in 2007.
