Tara Cunningham is one of America, the UK, and Ireland's best known neurodiversity and disability diversity, equity, inclusion, and access employment specialists. As CEO of Beyond-Impact, an inaugural member of the Valuable Business Disability Experts Directory, Tara's work focuses on inclusion for all disenfranchised communities. Tara started autism@work and neurodiversity@work programs with Bloomberg, Salesforce, Goldman Sachs, TDBank, Deloitte, PwC, P&G, IPG Mediabrands / Kinesso, BNY Mellon, Boeing, and MITRE. She was selected by Columbia Threadneedle Investments to develop and deliver training videos aimed at enhancing awareness and understanding of disability and neurodiversity inclusion among Financial Analysts.

While living in Ireland for 16 years, Tara was named one of the "Top 100 Irish Americans" and "Social Entrepreneur of the Year." Ireland's Prime Minister, An Taoiseach Brian Cowen, appointed Tara to the National Disability Authority, where she promoted disability inclusion policies and laws. She represented Ireland in the European Commission for Healthcare Innovation and was an Irish Representative for disability inclusion at the White House.

As the Executive Director of the Grunin Foundation, she used her position as a globally recognized social entrepreneur and Ashoka Fellow to Co-Found the Grunin Center for Law and Social Entrepreneurship at NYU School of Law, where she remains on the Advisory Board.

Tara is a contributing author to the recently published academic book Generation A. She completed her master's dissertation on "Successes and Failures in Social Movements: Lessons from Irish LGBTQ and Disability Communities,"  which focused on the parallels between the Irish LGBTQ+ and disability communities.

Tara has keynoted, moderated, and spoken on panels worldwide, including Moderator at the United Nations "World Autism Awareness Day.
