The 25th Hour: Why Peak Performance Starts With You
Leadership advisor NEAL SCHORE challenges the idea that time is the constraint. Drawing from his forthcoming book, he shows how leaders can create capacity by managing their attention, energy, and decisions more effectively. This session gives audiences a clear system for operating at a higher level without burning out.
Leading When There’s No Margin for Error
Former CEO NEAL SCHORE brings audiences inside the kinds of decisions most leaders rarely see, but all eventually face. He shares how to stay steady under pressure, simplify complex choices, and move forward with confidence when the stakes are high and the clock is not on your side.
Decision-Making Under Pressure: A Practical Framework
Executive advisor NEAL SCHORE breaks down how strong leaders actually make decisions when information is incomplete and outcomes matter. He offers a clear, repeatable approach to cutting through noise, aligning teams, and acting decisively in fast-moving environments.
For more than two decades, Neal Schore has advised, coached, and partnered with prominent business leaders, boards, and private equity firms across the United States. His core message is both simple and hard-earned: peak performance begins with how you manage you. Neal is the author of The 25th Hour (August 2026), forthcoming from Simon & Schuster, where he distills the leadership frameworks he developed over a 25-year career building and leading companies through growth, complexity, and multiple successful exits.
Neal is the Founder and former President & CEO of Triton Digital, the global technology, data, and services leader in digital audio and podcasting. Over more than a decade working alongside Oaktree Capital Management, he led Triton through three strategic transactions — first to Vector Capital, then to The E.W. Scripps Company (NASDAQ: SSP), and ultimately to iHeartMedia (NASDAQ: IHRT). Earlier in his career, Neal served as Chairman of Westwood One (NASDAQ: WWON) through its sale, sat on the board of GAP Broadcasting through its acquisition by Townsquare Media (NASDAQ: TSQ), and was previously Managing Partner & CEO of MMG, advising private equity and operating companies across technology, media, manufacturing, gaming, hospitality, and healthcare.
Today, Neal leads 25th Hour Group, where he and his team work with leaders at every level from rising managers to CEOs, helping organizations develop talent, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and drive sustainable growth. He counsels executives and boards on leadership, decision-making, and organizational strategy, delivering insights grounded in decades of real-world operating experience rather than theory.
Neal’s speaking style is direct, lighthearted, and relentlessly actionable. Audiences leave with practical tools to simplify decision-making, strengthen leadership presence, and perform at a high level without burning out - especially in environments defined by pressure, scale, and change.
A graduate of Michigan State University and active with Harvard Business School Executive Education, Neal is a member of the Los Angeles Gold Southland Chapter of Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and a recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for Greater Los Angeles. He lives in the Los Angeles area with his wife and is the proud father of three adult sons.
