Michael Bosstick is the Founder and CEO of Dear Media, the largest podcast network for women, leveraging its shows as springboards for talent to build broader brand ecosystems across commerce, live events, national tours and publishing. Dear Media pioneered the 360 model in the audio space, from audio and video production to distribution, monetization, live events and consumer brand extensions. It hosts 100 top-rated entertainment and pop culture shows led by talent like Khloé Kardashian, Amanda Hirsch and Jordin Sparks. 

Dear Media was founded in 2018 out of Michael’s experience co-hosting The Bossticks with his wife, Lauryn Bosstick. He realized there was very little representation in the women’s audio space and that podcast publishers solely focused on audio, ignoring talent’s other digital touchpoints and revenue opportunities. 

The Bossticks first launched in 2016. Each episode pulls back the curtain on people with fascinating lives – from celebrities to high-performing entrepreneurs - offering unfiltered conversations and tangible takeaways. It regularly ranks #1 in Apple’s Education vertical, has over 750 million lifetime downloads, and saw a 600% increase in listeners in 2025.
