Netflix and LEGO Board of Directors member Anne Sweeney is highly sought-after for her ability to envision new opportunities for businesses to gain strategic advantage. After receiving her Master’s in Education from Harvard University, Anne went on to work with Nickelodeon, and served as the Chairman and CEO of FX Networks. She served as the Co-Chair of Disney Media Networks and President of the Disney|ABC Television Group, focusing on her lifelong commitment to entertain and educate children. As the mother of a young adult on the autism spectrum, Anne is a passionate advocate for neurodiverse and disability inclusion, sharing actionable insights for inclusion in the workplace with groups across industries.

Anne sits on the Board of Trustees at the Mayo Clinic, The Getty Museum, and is a Deans Distinguished Fellow at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She has previously served on the boards of The Fulfillment Fund, the Board of Visitors for UCLA Anderson, AFI, as well as the Special Olympics.
