Monica Aldama is one of the most successful athletic coaches in the country, having brought in 14 Junior College Division National Championships and five Grand National Titles for the cheerleading team at Navarro College in Corsicana, Texas. An overnight sensation thanks to the hugely popular Netflix docuseries CHEER, which documents the rigorous training it takes to achieve cheerleading success and to build a team and a program from the ground up, Monica is her students’ biggest advocate.
Aldama is a graduate of Corsicana High School and the University of Texas at Austin. She has a B.B.A in Finance from the McCombs School of Business and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler.
