Stephen Dubner went "Freakonomics" on COVID-19 to a live audience of about 800 customers for Oracle's NetSuite. It was a live 45 minute keynote followed by moderated Q&A through a chat feature. Robin Arzon did a great moderated Q&A with SAP NS2 CEO, Mark Testoni for about 200 employees. The conversation focused on scheduling, purpose and how to imagine your future. SAP incorporated graphics and visuals and streamed the event via their own platform. 

 

MATTHEW WALKER: Scientist and New York Times Bestselling Author of Why We Sleep

Matthew Walker shared wisdom and debunked myths about the important of sleep for 1,000 attendees at a Virgin Pulse event. It was a hybrid presentation. The 30 minute pre-recorded speech featured visuals. He then signed in for a "live" moderated Q&A. The event was recorded on Zoom and streamed live through Virgin Pulse's website. 

 

ELAINE WEISS: Award-Winning Journalist and Author of The Woman’s Hour: The Great Fight to Win the Vote

Elaine Weiss entertained 600 people from the Filson Historical Society in a 1 hour keynote speech complete with visuals focusing on politics and women's rights today. Afterwards, she participated in a "Virtual" Meet & Greet for 25 people.  

 

NATALY KOGAN: Happiness Expert; Author of Happier Now

Nataly Kogan shared her expertise on happiness with SAP and members of their partner communities in a 25 minute keynote followed by 30 minutes of Q&A. The keynote was recorded on Zoom and the moderator posed pre-recorded questions.

  • MARIA SHARAPOVA shared highlights and lessons learned in a moderated conversation with tennis star Jim Courier for a live audience of 2,500 sale employees for InfosysMS. The 30 minute interview was followed by live audience Q&A. The event was streamed on Infosys' internal platform. The feedback was great: “Maria was spellbinding for our audience!   • WHOOPI GOLDBERG inspired 3,330 graduates, friends and family from Kean University with a 10-minute pre-recorded message.
  • What might re-opening the economy look like? Former Secretary of the Treasury LAWRENCE SUMMERS joined the Princeton Bendheim Center for Finance for a webinar to offer his insights. 
  • Rubrik pivoted to virtual with HASAN MINHAJ appearing virtually for 2,500 audience members. The appearance featured a 45 minute presentation plus 15 minutes of questions submitted via Twitter. The event was streamed on Vimeo and the audience was pre-registered.
  • CATHERINE PRICE, author of How to Break Up With Your Phone spoke to over 1,000 behavioral health professionals for Credible Behavioral Health. She delivered a 1 hour keynote with visuals followed by a live audience Q&A. The keynote was delivered via GoToWebinar with the Q&A facilitated by an embedded chat feature. 
  • DAHLIA LITHWICK shared State of the Affiliate - How June v. Russo will impact Planned Parenthood Mar Monte in a 60 minute moderated conversation with Q&A. The Keynote was presented via Zoom, with the Q&A via chat.
