  • 60 minute interactive Zoom discussion between a moderator, David Kessler and attendees, who could submit questions via a live chat box function
  • Following conversation, audience was split into virtual breakouts to discuss takeaways, called “Courageous Conversations.” Breakouts had volunteer facilitators and a maximum of 15 people.     
  • The Harry Walker Agency provided a technical advisor who was on the presentation and “screened” attendee questions
  • Providing expertise recommendations including pros and cons of different platforms

Working alongside a hosting organization in the original development of a program, designed to provide support for their community and constituents

  • 90-minute Zoom Webinar with live Q+A that was open to the media, with panelists and audience-members participating by individual Zoom Dial In
  • HWA coordinated Charles Blow’s virtual contribution as a panelist, including communication of program goals and theme and scheduling necessary rehearsals and technical checks
  • HWA provided technical and logistical guidance including ‘best practices’ on video and audio quality, and A/V support
  • HWA conveyed and secured all necessary A/V for the Speaker to comply with the presenter guidelines
