Every sponsor with an active contract receives a secure and unique username and password to access the broad functionality of MyHarryWalker. The site assists you as you gather your event-specific logistics and guides you as you enter, save and submit them to us. In addition to our Agents and Client Services Coordinators, MyHarryWalker is an efficient and timesaving resource that helps you and your team plan flawless events.

    The site can be accessed 24 hours a day by following the links from the homepage of our website. Also, MyHarryWalker is accessible from your wireless device such as a Palm Pilot or Blackberry. Type www.MyHarryWalker.com/wireless into the browser of your wireless device and you can access your event information while on the go. MyHarryWalker is accessible when you need it most- in the planning room, at the office, from home, or at the airport. No more waiting by the fax machine to receive the latest copy of an itinerary!

     

  6. How are travel and logistics arranged for the speaker?
  7. Our Client Services department is dedicated to making the logistics of your event run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. We will work with you to make travel arrangements for the speaker, coordinating with the speaker’s personal calendar, and prepare the speaker for your event.
