The former Major General will share stories and leadership lessons that led to her selection as a Commander in the military and now her service as a Director on Corporate Boards. From her early education at the U.S. Air Force Academy as they opened their gates to future military “leading” ladies, through her experiences in the innovative and emerging fields of space operations and cybersecurity…she believes the best preparation for leadership is strategic incorporation of the lessons we gain, every day, as practitioners.

There’s a world of opportunity at our fingertips; transferring that opportunity up to our brains, down to our feet and through our hearts creates a path to success. Who we hear, how fast we learn, the synergies we begin to see, the future we can then envision, the resulting confidence & leadership we convey, and finally the Strategy we create are all born of daily lessons. Her experiences, your experiences, and our shared experiences offer opportunities.
