From there, he moved into the closet of a gym to start his organization that focused on training and equipping young kids in the heart of the South Central housing projects where the movie, Training Day, was filmed.

Joshua went on to found Train to be CLUTCH, whose focus is a heart's first approach to leadership, life skills and mental training.
