Eric Boles meets Scooter's Coffee before franchisee conference
A couple of weeks before keynoting at Omaha-based Scooter’s Coffee Franchisee Conference near San Diego, the coffee franchise flew ERIC BOLES to Omaha where he met with Scooter’s leaders, toured their facilities and visited some of their stores. Eric got to see first-hand the company's business, people, customers, and learn on the ground about every issue at every level, allowing him to “customize” his message and speak from a most credible perspective.

Eric Boles is the CEO and Founder of The Game Changers, Inc., a leadership training, and development company, headquartered in Lakewood, Washington. Eric is a noted global expert in talent development, change management, and cultural transformation. He is a thought leader in business strategies and provides in-depth coaching and consulting to help organizational leaders maximize their human asset and increase productivity and peak performance.
Eric is a graduate of Central Washington University. His community involvement includes serving on the Governance Board for the YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap counties. Teaching Pastor at Life Center of Tacoma.

Prior to becoming a sought-after Speaker and Consultant, Eric learned many of his principles of peak performance, team dynamics and leadership from his experience as a Wide Receiver with the National Football League’s Green Bay Packers and New York Jets.

Eric is a committed husband of over 25 years to his wife, Cindy Boles. He is a father to two adult daughters, Taylor Boles – 2020 Graduate of The University of Washington, and Madison Boles – Student Athlete at Colorado State University.
