A veteran Pulitzer Prize-Winning journalist, Peter Arnett has covered 17 wars and provides incisive analysis on war reporting and America’s foreign policy.

Pulitzer Prize winning correspondent Peter Arnett spent a lifetime covering wars and international crises for major American news organizations, most recently 2003's Gulf War 11 and the long bloody aftermath.

He remains interested in journalism, but now Arnett is writing books about his experiences (The most recent How I Interviewed Osama Bin Laden and other stories of the war on terrorism, first published recently in Chinese.) He is completing a book on Saddam Hussein’s dysfunctional family entitled Blood and Betrayal to be published later this year.

Arnett is also currently a professor of journalism at Shantou University in southern China, a school founded and supported by the Hong Kong billionaire and philanthropist Li Ka Shing. Arnett lectures frequently at major Chinese and Asian universities and attends international conference on media and educational matters. He also meets with management and reporters of newspapers to consult on news coverage.
