Lisa Caputo is Executive Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Travelers. She oversees the company’s marketing, research and corporate communications functions. She joined Travelers from Citigroup, where she was most recently Executive Vice President, Global Marketing and Corporate Affairs.
Lisa founded Citi’s leading women’s financial services business, Women & Co., and was its Chairman and CEO since 2000 when she joined Citi. She also was the Co-Head of Citi’s Women’s Initiative. Her wide-ranging experience throughout her career encompasses marketing, advertising, branding, research, media, digital, sponsorships, external, internal and executive communications, media relations, issues management, crisis management, government relations, grassroots organizing, community and consumer advocate group management, and growing a start-up concept into a revenue generating business.
Lisa is also a frequent television commentator and public speaker on current events and politics.
