Now, businesses nationwide are learning from him and how best to serve employees and the bottom line by adapting to the new realities of modern families. Individuals are learning that what Levs teaches in his popular keynote addresses is true: One person can achieve what many others consider impossible. His book, All In, busts myths about men, women, and parenthood; exposes outdated structures, and lays the path forward through clear, simple steps.

Biography

Josh Levs is an award-winning broadcaster, journalist and author of the book All In: How Our Work-First Culture Fails Dads, Families, And Businesses – And How We Can Fix It Together.

Levs is known to millions for his work on TV, radio and online. On CNN, he has been called "Truth Seeker in Chief," "Mr. Reality" and "Senior Everything Correspondent." Considered "one of the most social media-savvy journalists in broadcast news" (PBS MediaShift), he helped pioneer the use of social media and new technologies in TV reporting. In years of reporting for NPR and CNN, he has collected many of the biggest honors in his field: five Peabody Awards, two Edward R. Murrow Awards, and awards from duPont-Columbia, the National Association of Black Journalists, and more.  A scholarship was awarded in his name at Yale, his alma mater.

As a columnist and speaker, Levs shares his story of repeatedly achieving dreams that many people told him were impossible. He has been featured in Reader's Digest and People, as well as on MediabistroOprah Radio and more.

Since becoming a father, and delivering his second child in an emergency, Levs has emerged as a leading voice and advocate for fathers in America, combating negative stereotypes of dads. He has served as CNN's "dad columnist" and as the "resident dad" on HLN's Raising America.

In his book, All In, (May 2015), he explores the changes needed to make the American workplace and society work better for everyone. His own fight for fair parental leave made front page news, including in the New York Times business section.

Through inspiring, humorous, heartfelt talks including videos and more, Levs shares the keys to understanding the media, fighting for positive change, overcoming obstacles and bringing dreams to life.
