Jeffrey has been called upon for his unique, engaging and entertaining baseball knowledge four times by the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, and he has also spoken on this topic at the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, D.C.
With over four decades of experience as a film and theater critic as well as interviewer of almost every major film and broadway star, Jeffrey Lyons' breadth of knowledge in entertainment is unparalleled. He is the nationally-known movie critic who created and co-hosted REEL TALK, television's highest-rated movie review show from 2005-2009, which ran on 154 NBC stations. He served as WNBC's film and theater critic for 13 years, where his reviews were fed to all 200 NBC stations. And he was the co-host of the popular PBS series Sneak Previews from 1982-9696. Since 1999, his interviews were conducted on the set of REEL TALK while he was at NBC. No other film critic was afforded this privilege by movie studios and actors' representatives.
