Chris Roebuck Vlog - Moving successfully into the post Covid world

Having held senior leadership roles at UBS, HSBC, KPMG, and the London Underground, CHRIS ROEBUCK has helped lead large organizations through adversity. As a professor of Transformational Leadership at Cass Business School in London, Chris identifies consistent patterns of human behaviour during and post pandemics that we are following even now in 2021.
To move on in the new world we need to understand what we have just experienced on a deeper level. And yet, experience is not the same as understanding and we need to dig beneath the surface of some of the Covid impacts on key areas of our lives.
To help you achieve this, Chris is producing a series of short video blogs and supporting in depth articles, published every 2 weeks, each focused on specific areas that Covid has impacted,  the key things you need to know about those impacts – the high level trends - and what are things you can do to be more successful in 2021 – potential specific actions you can take at once. This content will be relevant to individuals, leaders, teams, and organisations.  The series will cover:

  • People – what have the major Covid impacts on people been beneath the surface.
  • Work – how has work changed and what does this mean for future of work
  • Leadership – what have successful leaders done during Covid and what does this indicate all leaders need to do differently.
  • Customers – how have we as customers changed, altering what we buy, why and how. But does this also impact how we as employees might respond to the ideas our organizations try to “sell” us.
  • Tech – how has Covid impacted tech and digital in our lives and what are future trends
  • Business models and strategies – which organisations have survived best during Covid and why. Are traditional pre Covid approaches now still relevant ?
  • What about me? – how can I as an individual successfully move from Covid to the new world and achieve what I want to 2021.
