Carolyn Peck was the head coach and general manager of the Orlando Miracle, a franchise of the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA). Peck was instrumental in the success of the Miracle's inaugural season as they finished tied for second place in the Eastern Conference. Peck has served as an expert guest analyst for ESPN not only during the WNBA Playoffs but also for the NCAA Women's Tournaments. A former college star at Vanderbilt, Peck coached at the collegiate level before heading to the WNBA. She led the Purdue Boilermakers to the 1999 NCAA Women's Basketball Championship with a 34-1 record and was named "Coach of the Year" by the Associated Press and the Women's Basketball Coaches Association.
