Business Icon Michael Eisner who led the Walt Disney Company to record profitability during his tenure as Chairman and CEO, gave a rousing and insightful talk before a crowd of 5,000 attendees at last week's general session for the National Association of Realtors.

Speaking to the audience about "creativity in a box," Eisner talked about how creativity flourishes best when it is constrained within a box. The National Association of Realtors said that Eisner was "one of the best" speakers they have had in recent years, commenting: "Mr. Eisner was a hit at the Realtors Conference & Expo last week! In fact, based on feedback after the session, he is one of the best we’ve had in many years. The audience especially liked his perspectives on 'creativity in a box.'
